:: PIZZA HUT RESTAURANTS ::

starting again in my blog. It seems that its too long for me fell outdated from this line (internet almost a year) till 4got my blog username account. wth. All this start after ive completed my studies and joining in Pizza Hut Restaurants (August 2008) Pizza? Y pizza? Whats in your mind? My point .. perghhh... no other words suits 4 it.. Fak tap.

Ive no time to sit in front of my desktop or even laptop (tipu la klau xde ms langsung) but for me (masa tu la) nothing to do with all this coz theres many things in my mind that need to settle. xde nafsu dah nak main tenet uhuh...

Begining as trainee... to ARMT .. assistant restaurants manager trainee..

3 months as management staff. We were placed @ sunway city... Lagoon Perdana Apartment.. these 3 months lots of stories happened.. scandalious, humors, jealous, angin kus kus.. makes my life full of colors. 1st 2 weeks trained @ wisma KFC jln sultan idris.
1st 2 days nek kete, then x tahan.. ahh public transport lg mura.. memula ulang alik nek komuter from subang jaya-kl sentral. then took monorail-raja chulan. then 3 ari lepas tu tukar lak nek bus. so no need to wait @ subang dah. g depan apartment, waiting for bas mini - sunway city (80sen uh). kat sunway lak, waiting another pblic transport for rapidkl (okla 2 hengget pegi balik). destination? KL sentral and took monorail to raja chulan. thats our life here for these upcoming 3 months.

blaja theory, buat typhod ject, food handlers, team spirit, nyanyi2, presentation, gitu2 la..

Then next 2 weeks i were placed @ kepong metro pizza hut, stay @ casa magna apartment (org kata condo ni international punye.. sbb byk warga asing.. bongok!) tp mmg pon..

my house @ level 3, door #15, room no? all fully occupied by foreigners.. 3 rooms, 4 nepalese, 2 bangladesh. sux la dlm otak aku.. xpela aku tido ruang tamu lagi best.. aku sorg je malaysian

but 1 thing that makes me stay longer there coz of dorang ni nepal belah2 bandar (mcm kl jb la).. their belongings leh tahan, gadget, hp, tv, home theatre, sony package, mmg best..but almost everyday tgk citer hindustan, vclip bhangra, kathmandu ape lancau lagi ntah.. adoyai cannot go la gini..

kat sini ive placed @ Pizza Hut Kepong Metro (double storey free standing building) bawah kfc, atas pizza. cun, smart, bijok aa tmpat ni. here, we learned on BOH (back of house). doughmixing, portioning, proofing, vege prep, maketable prep, auxiliary, bar setup, MRD, thawing ..etc..

after 2 weeks, we've to move back @ sunway.. ahh lega jadik rakyat malaysia smule, tgk tv, berita, kan besh.. here another 3 weeks for theory class @ wisma kfc. cam biase la ulang alik sesak pblic transport. ayokkk pagi2 ok, bile pas ofis hour, mcm2 bau ade. bau keti, bau keta, bau keto sumer ader... ive no choice, we have no choice, face it la bro. ok.

sunway for a week , learning front of house (service), taking order, hospitality, grooming and etc etc.. wowoo..

then practical, move back to kepong metro, all spread all over klang valley, ph kota damn, ph ou, ph jln tar, ph wangsa maju, ph bangsar, kuchai lama, ioi puchong, ade tcampak ke s.a. ehex... shian.. cam beser, practical apa yg telah dipelajari..

then last day @ kepong, we're tested by rest manager. luckily ive passed the test. means that i did great job there. thanks to all foreigners, staffs, manager that guide us along this way here.

now we have to learn about customer service centre (CSC) ala yang operator 1300-88-2525 tuh. 1st day, we were given text, script for answering the call. ade ujian gak, luckily aku lulus tanpa kene repeat. half of us kene repeat coz tegagap gagap mnjawab tepon eheheh...

dapat id n password sendiri, and were given my own space, computer, headfon, username, ext number. ahaks.. means that im qualify for that job. but its only for 4 days there. im enjoying answering call from customers, taking order, sugges for them, n paling penting, i got aweks (customer) wat call order pizza eheks. sbbnye setiap customer nak wat order kene bg no tepon dulu untuk verify ngn alamt, personal details. awek ni manja, suara alahai... n til now stil keep in touch.. ok 4get bout it..

p/s: masa ni bulan puasa baru tringat, die pesan untuk bebuka puasa.. eheks..

then a week later, ade final exam for evaluation to posting branches nationwide. after the test, i were posted @ PH megamall kuantan. ahahah.. anak sedara sepupu aku rupanya Manager kat sini.. so aku pon bekerja la ngn sedara sendiri..

start situ barula kerja aku sebagai assistant ni bermula... to be continue..
